What the official ingredient list shows
The No7 US site did not list this cream when we checked on October 10, 2026, so the ingredients below come from the official No7 UK page. The list begins with water, glycerin, dimethicone, shea butter, caprylic/capric triglyceride, safflower oil and silica, and includes niacinamide, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate, ceramides NP, NS, AP, EOS and EOP, cholesterol, soy isoflavones, green tea extract, ascorbyl glucoside and several peptides.
- Moisture: shea butter, safflower oil, glycerin and ceramides make it a conventional emollient cream.
- Fragrance and alcohol: both are listed, so it is not suitable if you avoid fragrance.
- No retinoid, no AHA: the list shows neither.
- Formula differences: a UK list may differ from a US-sold version. Read the ingredient list on the package you receive, and note the seller.
Brand claims, and how far they go
No7 says the cream is co-created with menopausal women, dermatologist approved for menopausal skin, proven to hydrate skin for 72 hours, and that after four weeks “98% of menopausal women agree” their skin looks healthier and feels softer. These are consumer-perception and instrumental claims reported by the brand. The page does not give participant numbers or a comparison product, so they cannot show that it works better than an ordinary moisturizer.
Is it a good night cream for mature skin?
It may suit you if:
- your skin is dry but calm, and you want a richer night cream;
- you like the idea of a cream from a long-established brand;
- you accept fragrance.
