Commission policy

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases through affiliate links on this site. Amazon buttons and linked Amazon product photographs are affiliate links. Links labelled as manufacturer information support official formula details and directions.

Disclosure comes before the link

A clear disclosure appears close to recommendations and before the first paid link. Our footer and this page supplement that notice. Paid recommendations in social posts also need a disclosure where they appear.

Fit comes first

We select products by the reader's problem, available evidence and meaningful trade-offs. Commission rates do not determine the recommendation.

Research-based recommendations are labelled as researched. We do not invent personal testing, product results or affiliate-program approval. Affiliate relationships do not imply that a merchant sponsors or endorses this site.
